SpinBoss Privacy Policy
Who is responsible for your data
SpinBoss is responsible for processing the personal data of visitors and account holders. We process that data because it is needed to run our service, to meet our legal obligations around age and identity checks, and to keep the platform safe and enjoyable for every player. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it and the rights you hold over it. We have written it in plain language because privacy decisions should be easy to understand.
What data we collect
We collect several kinds of data, each for a clear reason. When you register we ask for your name, date of birth, address, email and phone number. When you deposit or withdraw we process transaction details, the payment methods you use and, for crypto, the wallet addresses involved. For verification we may request copies of identity and address documents. During your sessions we record technical data such as your IP address, browser, device type and how long you stay, which helps us protect your account and improve the site.
Why does SpinBoss need this data?
Personal and transaction details are needed to manage your account, process payments and meet the legal requirements around age verification and anti money laundering. Technical data helps us keep the site secure, detect fraud and improve the experience. Marketing data is only used when you have given consent, and only to show you offers that are genuinely relevant. We never collect more than we need, and we review what we hold regularly to make sure it is still necessary.
We never sell your data
How long do we keep your data?
We keep account data for as long as it is needed to run the service. Transaction records are held for at least five years after your last contact, in line with international anti money laundering guidance. Marketing consents are processed until you withdraw them, which you can do at any time. Technical log files are kept for a maximum of twelve months unless they form part of a fraud investigation. Once a retention period ends, the relevant data is securely deleted or anonymised so it can no longer identify you.
How we keep your data safe
All data is stored encrypted, traffic between your browser and our servers runs over a current TLS protocol, and access to data inside the company is limited to staff who genuinely need it. We use multi factor authentication for internal systems and commission independent security audits at fixed points during the year. No system can ever be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we treat the protection of your information as a core responsibility rather than an afterthought.
What are your rights under data protection law?
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct anything that is wrong, to request deletion within the legal retention periods, to restrict how we process your data, to receive it in a portable format and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@spinboss.live from the address registered to your account and our team will respond within the timeframe set by law. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies and similar technologies are covered on a dedicated page. Read our cookie policy for an explanation of which cookies we set, how you manage them and which partners are involved. If you would like to step away from the service entirely, our close account page explains how, including what happens to your data afterwards.
International transfers
Some of our partners are based outside the European Economic Area. When we transfer data to them, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another recognised mechanism that guarantees an adequate level of protection. We only work with partners that meet the standards we expect for your information.
Complaints and supervision
If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, you can contact us directly at privacy@spinboss.live. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in the country where you live. We would always prefer to resolve any concern with you first, so please do get in touch before escalating, and we will do our best to put things right.
Changes to this policy
We update this privacy policy when the law, regulation or our service changes. The most recent version is always shown on this page, with the date of the last update noted below. Where a change is significant, we will let you know through the site or by email so you are never caught unaware. SpinBoss is for players aged 18 and over, and we apply the same care to every part of how we handle your information.
How can you contact us about your privacy?
If you have any question about how your data is handled, or you would like to exercise one of your rights, email privacy@spinboss.live from the address registered to your account so we can verify your identity quickly. We aim to acknowledge every request promptly and to resolve it within the timeframe set by law. Clear communication is part of how we earn your trust, so if anything in this policy is unclear, please ask and we will explain it in plain terms.
How do we keep this policy honest?
A privacy policy is only worth anything if it reflects what actually happens, so we review ours whenever our service or the law changes and correct it promptly. We avoid vague language and broad permissions, collecting only what we genuinely need and explaining each use in plain terms. If you ever feel the reality does not match what is written here, tell us at privacy@spinboss.live and we will investigate. Trust is built on consistency, and we would rather be clear and accountable than collect more than our players expect.
